Artist and Educator
Elizabeth Sarah Patter is an artist and an art educator whose love of art was first sparked when studying the work of Impressionist painters and Japanese printmakers from the Edo period.
Elizabeth's passion for making art started with printmaking and later developed into photography. Her photographic work often merges boundaries and relates to other disciplines such as painting or printmaking. Her work also incorporates an investigative and experimental approach to both digital and analogue/film photography.
The camera and camera functions are used to create her photographs in that moment and without post-editing. The photographs are intended to be immersive and viewed large-scale at exhibition however smaller sizes will soon be available to order in the shop.
